Background and Expertise

Gadi served as one of the founders and leaders of the International Taxation Unit of the Tax Authority in its early years. In that capacity, Gadi handled all aspects of international Taxation, includind the issuing of pre-rulings, participations in legislation processes, writing of circulars and handling of complex cases involving international taxation. Gadi is a partner in the International Taxation department in our firm. Gadi specializes in and focuses on all matters regarding international holding structures and complex solutions with regard to the activities of Israeli nationals in foreign countries throughout the world as well as those of foreign residents in Israel.

Selected Professional Activities

Gadi is responsible for the publication of articles and essays on the subject of taxation in various professional publications. He is also a lecturer in various forums, especially at conferences and seminars conducted by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Role in the Firm

As a partner and specialist, Gadi accompany the client in his decision to operate abroad, in selecting the preferred international holding structure adapted to his needs. In many instances, this accompaniment includes approaching the Tax Authority in order to pre – settle the Israeli tax implications. Gadi is active in a variety of international taxation issues at the firm, accompany many public companies and coordinates the international tax implications for many prospectuses for public companies.
