Haim Hitman

Background and Expertise

Haim is a member of the department for solutions related to Social Security (insurance, collection and pension). Prior to joining the firm he served in senior positions in the Social Security Institute, the last being the senior department manager for Insurance and Collection in the Jaffa and Ramat Gan branches. In that capacity he was responsible for dozens of employees and was responsible for collection and the insurance of non-salaried insurees and employers. Haim participated in the initiation of legislative proposals, and represented the Collection and Insurance administration in Knesset committees in the struggle to integrate collection with income tax.

Select Professional Activities

For many years, Haim has been lecturing in professional forums, including: Tax Consultant and Payroll Comptroller courses at the Open University, the Ramat Gan College, the College of Management, the Institute of Tax Advisors and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Haim serves as the academic coordinator for Social Security in the Institute of Tax Advisors’ School for Taxation at Bar Ilan University, the Accounting department at Bar Ilan University – Master’s degree (the firm teaches the tax subjects).

Role in the Firm

Haim advises, and submits various requests to the Social Security Institute regarding pensions and various charges. In addition, Haim lectures on the subject of Social Security.
