Background and Expertise

Yshai is a partner in the firm and is a member of the Israeli Taxation department. As a former senior member of the Assessment Office of Tel Aviv 1, Yshai specializes in all various areas of taxation, primarily income tax, incentive legislation, Real Estate taxes and VAT.

Selected Professional Activities

Yshai lectures on various areas of taxation in a number of academic institutions, including “Bar Ilan University”, the “Hebrew University”, the “Open University” and others. He is a participant in various seminars and forums related to taxation under the auspices of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Yshai participates in the writing of many professional articles on various taxation issues that are published in newspapers and professional publications.

Role in the Firm

In his position in the firm, Yshai oversees A&M transactions, restructurings, Real Estate transactions, TAMA 38 [National Master Plan 38] issues, bonds, and more – from the early stages of the transaction until an arrangement/settlement with the Tax Authority is obtained.
