In March 2005 he resigned as tax partner from the firm of KPMG Somekh Chaikin. As a tax partner in the Somekh Chaikin accounting firm, Haim was responsible for managing the capital market, banking and personal taxation areas, as well as for the initiation, issue and consulting regarding various financial devices in the capital market following the tax reform. Haim specializes in Israeli taxation in general, and particularly in the capital market in Israel.

Haim works with Israel’s leading public companies with regard to their tax issues, and works to obtain tax arrangements and unique and complex rulings on Israeli taxation from the Israel Tax Authority.
Role in the Firm
Haim is considered one of the best experts on the capital market. His joining the firm’s experienced and professional staff has deepened and expanded firm’s tax consulting to those active in the capital market, both entrepreneurs and investors. As one of the leading experts in this area, Haim coordinates the development of new taxation tools with regard to the capital market.
Since March 2005 he serves as an independent investment advisor.
From July of 2000 he served as a senior tax partner in the Somekh Chaikin accounting firm. (2000 – 2005).
