Select Professional Activities
Inbal participate in treatment of complicated issues in companies and individuals such as Encouragement of Capital Investments Law, transfer pricing, tax credits, foreign currency trading, trusts, contractors, real estate rental, share repurchase.
By her role Inbal was involved in all the office departments in the management and administrative aspects, and accompanied professional significant legal cases.In 2013 Inbal took part in the tax authority committee that dealt with Trusts taxation. The committee has formulated recommendations which led 197 amendment in trusts chapter In Income tax Ordinance.
As a trusts team leader of the Corporate unit in the Tel Aviv Assessment Office 1 Inbal managed the customary practice for handling and arranging trusts.
Role in the Firm
Representation of taxpayers facing the Tax Authority issues under discussion, guidance in pre ruling, advising on various transactions such as mergers and acquisition )M&A( and capital gains, guidance on issues as law encouraging and transfer pricing where a critical weight and reducing tax burden. Guidance trusts, settlors and beneficiaries within accounts to tax authorities and subject arrangements.
